Code Alarm problems
By backslider,
I have a code alarm. Up until Friday it had always worked fine. On my wat home from work I smacked a large size bug against my windshield. I went to spray it off with the washer fluid, when I pulled the handle my alarm would start to sound the alarm.
Now the unit wont arm.
Today I installed my MSD. When I went to hook the battery up, the alarm went off. The remote wouldnt shut it off, so I tried putting my key in the ignition and turning. This shut of the alarm. But the car doesnt start now

By Komeuppance,
I ordered an 89' Steering wheel from this guy. Got it in a good amount of time (Even with UPS messing up the shipping.) Seems like a cool guy, pretty good contact with e-mails, and IM's. If I need more parts, I'll go to this guy.
Now, if only I can figure how to get the steering wheel on the car...

By tux,
I happen to have one, and there is one on ebay right now
just wondering if it looks to anyone like it may be able to be used as a stand alone fuel controller.
it has dials to adjust injector flow rate, rpm it starts work at, beginning boost and max boost and ratio to which the flow should change to boost (w/ simulator which i have) it has map sensor, and a tach input.
it looks like it could do it (just fuel)
otherwise i'd go for megasquirt. but since i have this s*** and just need
Power amp wiring ?
By BlueBaller,
I'm preparing to install my subwoofer. I was checking for an easily accessible entrance through the firewall to run the power cable for the amp. It looks like most of the wiring runs through the fender (ugh!)
What have most of you done or what is the most popular method for this procedure? I'm not trying to hack up my ride. Thanks.
