My factory stereo ate a tape, which listening to the radio was fine for awhile. when I finally decided to put a cd player in I bought a male wiring harness that would plug directly into the existing so as not to have to re-wire any speakers. I thought i followed the wiring diagram pretty well. The stereo worked great but when I turned on my head lights my digital dash dimmed(i can now only see it during the day without some sort of small flashlight) also the illumination(only, still have power)

I have a 6bolt 1990 4G63 motor with 91 oil cooling system. Includes 14b turbo. Balance shafts eliminated. Ran perfect last time i had it in a car. (has been a year or more) Includes wiring harness for '90 and includes '90 ECU (non-eprom). It has been stored in a garage and no direct contact with the weather.
