new set of arp rod bolts 30.00 shipped package was partialily opened but they have never been used.

Sorry if I'm out of line posting this here, but Ebay may or may not do me any good on this. I've got a needle kit for the older Carter carbs, afb's I think. Bought this several years ago in Indy at Super Chevy. It's got several different size jets and metering rods. Anybody here old-school enough to use something like this? I'd like to see this do somebody some good.
