Has anyone thought about an electric(battery) conversion for these cars? There are kits that are available for a older 914 and I am courious about this crossover. I am not sure as to the total weight of the conversion kit but I believe in the long run it could be a fun project.

I'm looking for a running engine for an '87-'89 model. It definately needs to be running, it would be best if I could hear it fire up. Let me know where you're at, you pull it - I pull it, doesnt matter.   thanks
