As the subject says I am done with starquests. After 2 and a half years and 3 grand, a pissed off wife and about 1,200 miles of driving I'm done. All I wanted was a some what reliable daily driver and it's not working out that way. It just started knocking lightly last week and I am in no mood to rebuild the motor. The knock only happens above 3k on load, you cannot tell that anything is wrong otherwise. I drained the oil to be sure that the bearing was bad (it had a slight copper glitter to it)

What would be the best insert to buy if I want to go firmer then stock. I want to buy the Groung Control Coil overs system and I want to things to dampen a little stiffer. Thanks
