LSD restack

So I've seen various ways to redo the lsd clutches and all. Any particular way that people like best? Since I'll be diving into this, any idea if the montero lsd internals/clutches from an 8inch rear are the same as an 87 or 88/89 style starquest lsd? Both are the same ring gear and all. Wondering cause I have an extra montero lsd that came be a donor for clutches.
Starter Overheating

I've had tons of SQ's since the early 90's, and never once had this issue before. On my flatty, every once and a while after driving extended distances, particularly in hot weather, my starter will only click. Have to hit the key a few times but it's always eventually cranked like normal. I've had starters overheat on big V-8's and such, but never a SQ. Any opinions on this being a starter motor/solenoid issue versus something less labor intensive like wiring or a relay. Hate to swap out th
Throttle Cable

hey guy i am having a hard time understanding how loose the throttle cable has to be, i read it has to be 1mm loose is this correct? also how should it be loose like when i pull the cable like the slack or if you touch the cable side ways. when i press down on the cable with my finger it has more than 1mm of slack but if i pull the cabe with my fingers it has 1mm of slack. Could someone help me understand this better. Thanks
88 injectors in an 86.

I have two '86s, but my DD has an '88 engine, tranny, and rear end in it. Long story short, I took the '86 injectors out of the garaged car, and ran them in my DD. So, now that I'm getting the better car on the road, how will the DD run, if I put the primary and secondary injectors in it, instead of the two 850s it should have? Curious about what opinions I'll get here, along with how they'll be worded. Can I do it, and temporarily get away with it? I can't see any valuable reason why not.
