I believe the fuel pump went out on my new to me 87 conquest. Its on the side of the highway. Curious how hard it is to change and what after market one would be worth getting. Previous owner said he put a walboro on but im thinking maybe not now. Any advice wuld be appreciated!!

So since my paint is in such a sad state of affairs, I was looking at estimates. Since I got 2 paint jobs on it and it's all pealing and porcelain cracked anybody that did it would have to go almost down to the metal. We're talking upwards of 5 Grand. I think it would be cheaper to just get another 88-89 roller with a decent paint job and transfer everything.

I keeps seeing cars I once owned up for sale lately. Most have been beaten and abused and are for sale for LOTS more than I sold them for. I guess that just shows how the prices are going up. (or people are disillusioned) I sold this car 3 years ago to a guy in Philly after I bought it from Mark Ventmiller (StarQuestRims) in MD for $800. It had body rust and a salvage title.
