Hi all i have an 88 tsi 5speed that caught on fire. i toasted a lot of wires and such. there is no place to find theses wires. so i was wondering if anyone has leftover throttle body wiring.. pretty much all the wiring from the right side of the engine bay got melted and fused together.   thankfully she still turns over and starts with starting fluid. but i really need wiring i will pay for it. please help!!!

I need to wire my switched 12V to the ecu power source, but I can't figure out how to run a wire to where the ecu is from the engine bay. Any ideas?

so after installing a small jenson 300w amp to run the front and rear deck speakers I hooked everything back together and reconnected the battery and turned the key to 'on'. Things start up, everything is fine. I'm sitting and listening to a CD in my car for about 5 min and then the amp turns off. Just off. Not into 'protect' mode, but completely off.
