Made up a few intake plates for a roll your own MPI or ITB system. $105 each which includes USPS priority mail shipping, there are seven available.   These are 6061 aluminum, 3.8" thick and fit perfectly on an M7 or M8 head, fits just fine on all others. I deliberately did not cut any excess material which serves three purposes:   1) The excessively large water jacket on the back port on the aussie (magna) head is completely covered. 2) The useless to us fuel pump port is completely covered.

So I replaced everything in the front end of my 86, tie rods, ball joints, pit man arm, sway bar, struts and strut plates and the f'n thing still sounds like the front wheels are or engine is going to fall out.. It clanks and clatters like crazy...Horribly annoying and no f'n mechanic around here can seem to figure it out what the hell it is...So any information or suggestions would be grateful before I drive it into a wall..   Are there any full schematics / diagrams of the struts and all com

Ok so I've replaced every f'n thing in the front end of my 86; tie rods, ball joints, pitman arm, sway bar, strut inserts and strut plates and now just driving down the street, there is still horrible clankity clank clattering noise coming from the front end. i have an ls1 but it comes with the auto tranny....   i'm having difficulty locating a ls1 fbody style t56 or gto style t56     most businesses to buy one outright require a core ...which of course i dont have.....or charge you an extra grand   ls1tech has them pop up infrequently or of dubious condition   craigslist has some from time to time but they are snatched up almost immediately   junkyards have some but they also want cores or a premium for unknown condition   corvette t56's seem abunda
