Pyrometer install location question
By Leonard Catanzaro,
Probe requires a 1/8-27 hole/tap to install. Putting it in the exhaust manifold under the turbo is the plan. Has anyone else used this location? Would it make the exhaust manifold prone to crack? It will be stress relived and all casting flash, numbers, and probaly heat sheild mounts removed. Plan on covering it with header/heat wrap. If it isn't a good location, guess downpipe. Thanks for all your input and suggestions. lenny
ANYONE FOR A $850K TOYOTA?
indianapolis, good deal roller with Ronal R9s
By MikeMeyerhoff,
http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/cto/4640998706.html I'd pick this up myself if I wasn't busy as can be. Looks straight and rust free. He doesn't mention title and says it was prepped for "racing" which often means no title. Ronal R9s... almost worth the asking price!
