I had a set of 35w 6k hid but the ballast went bad so I decided to upgrade to a 55w 8k system. My 6k kit I forgot to order dual beam bulbs but this time I made sure I did.   My high beam function is not working. I used a dvom to measure voltage and stuff at the connector and all wires are set up accordingly. On the low beam side of the harness it reads 10v (with the car off) and on the HB side it reads .023v when my low beams are on. When I switch to HB it reads the same 10v on the HB side. Also

Im replacing the braketubes (front and rear). Enyone knows the partnumbers ??
