Made in Dade quests!

My wife noticed the radio in her 08 Silverado seemed to be really hot. She shot it with a temp gun and it was 125 degrees. Anyone had any thoughts or ideas what could be causing this? Don't want to burn the truck down. Jimmy

So I was thinking of disassembling my front bumper to install an airdam. I went about half way into it until I realized a lot of the bolts are rusted and much of the body involves a lot of fuss trying to get stuff off...I really don't wanna break anything since I have to put it back together and park it back in it's spot (I can't leave her in the parent's driveway). I have an 86 service manual and I know what it says about taking off the bumper...But the drawings are few and I don't want to risk

Hey Guys:   Looking for guidance.   As per advice read on this forum, I got under the car (1986 model) and twisted the driveshaft (ebrake on). There is about 1/8th to 3/16ths of play.   Problem isn't very noticeable right now. Little thump thump when decelerating at slow speeds. Some whine at highway speed. Only bother's me a tiny bit, but I don't want it to get worse.   Diff mounts look good.   I assume torque tubes and shafts are no longer available. Right?   What should I do now?
