I had a narrow body EXII in 2008. i would like to know if anyone who HAS shipped from Australia to the USA? if so what was the weight and dimensions and OR what was cost?

Can anyone help with a recommendation on how to reduce or eliminate rattling from the gauge cluster and hood? I've tried taking everything apart and putting it neatly back in several times but I'm still getting a significant amount of rattling noise from my cluster due to the vibration from my car. I have da funk lock engine mount and a poly trans mount and a 292 cam so the car does vibrate pretty good, but I am really hoping to eliminate this damn cluster rattle. Any help is much appreciated.
