check'd cam timeing today

ok i got back to checking the cam timeing today and this is what i found, with a chain kit with 3k miles on it and the intake began to open at 12BDTC ,manual says 25BTDC,,this is with a caravan hear it has been reman, no way of knowing the head thickness, but this shows when looking at the cam pin to be a little after 12:00, but was set up useing the bright links , with t cover off, so i know it's in place,
this shows the cam to be 13 degrees late, it was check'd at .006 intake v
what is this hole?

Hello , I just bought a CNM multiport manafold unused but I have few
unanswered questions.
1.The mounting flange to the head does not cover a hole between
#3&4 cylinders they left it open for some reason. I believe hole goes
though the head to the exhaust side but for what purpose?And what
do I do with it?
2.With out coolant circulating through the manafold should the return line
from the heater core enter before the t-stat or after?
any insite will be of help because its only g

i am about to swap in a mech adjuster vavlve train/rockers into my car and need to know the lash #'s for the intake and exhaust valves.I know I will get many different answers but just want a starting point.

I sent my turbo out to be referb under the 18g upgrade price. Sent it out, got a prompt reply that they had recieved my turbo. About a week later a followup call that everything looks good and the rebuild is about the start.
At that point, I paid up, price as advertised. My mechnaic had questions about the specs of the turbo and so on so he could deisgn things out properly. After a few miss fires between Robert, tech at Forced, and my mechanic, but they finally hooked up. My mechanic w
