ECI Checker Tool

Does anyone here have information on using the ECI Checker tool for their starquest? I got the tool, but would like to get a user manual for it because I want to know what all its capable of doing and measuring. The FSM has some instruction on its use for specific issues, but I didn't know if there was a more comprehensive publication out there. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh my, this thing is just almost taking itself apart. http://picturehosting.com/images/oblique9881/rearhubbolt.jpg Rear hub bolt came out with a light tap of the hammer, OMG! I got one rear shock off just by pulling on it (after opening up the pinch with a chisel) and the other required only a light tap. Simply UNBELIEVEABLE.
