A little confused on these vacuum hoses, I have a diagram and I followed it all the way up to a solenoid valve and a hose that connects to a nipple below the 4 hoses shown on the diagram. I can’t find any diagram that tells me where the hoses go or any solid pics and I was wondering if someone could help me out! Hi all,  I am going to replace the fuel pump on my '87 TSi, but the gas tank is currently about 3/4 full.   I am relatively comfortable with mechanical work and have read the topics available but I am still a bit nervous, mostly about the best way to empty the gas tank.  Would someone be willing to describe in detail the best way to empty out the tank?
