  1. I have a passenger side Conquest taillight that you can have. The external lens has about a 1" x 3" portion that is missing on a corner. I can send pics if you are interested.
  2. The idle RPM's on cold start are 1500. After it warms up they drop to about 800. The altitude is about 900 feet. Earlier in the week I reduced the idle RPMs and set the timing to 10 degrees BTDC. Prior to reducing the idle RPM's and timing, the car used to idle much more smoothly. The idle was between 1250 and 1500 RPM's, timing was 15 degrees BTDC and it pulled 15 in Hg of vacuum when warm.
  3. When I start my car and the engine is cold I encounter a very slight rough idle. As the temperature of the engine increases, the roughness of the idle does also. Also, as I accelerate on a cold engine with my mechanical boost gauge indicating 0 the acceleration is smooth. However, when the engine is warmed up and I do this, the car gently slows down and speeds up, kind of lunging. This is especially noticeable around 2.5k RPM mark but does happen between 2k-3k RPM. My car is not throwing any error codes. I am going to sweep test the TPS. The engine vacuum is 13-15 in Hg while idling at ~800 RPMs. Do these symptoms point directly to any components or troubleshooting procedures that should be performed? Thanks
  4. Wow, that engine bay is clean! Hope you get your car on the road soon.
  5. This thread has risen from the dead! This is genius! Thanks Chip. My BOV blows hard and I no longer experience compressor stall. I have a couple of questions. What is the proper way to set the BOV when running it in this manner? How would I reroute the blown off air back to the intake instead of dumping it to the atmosphere? I am running TBI with a stock MAS.
  6. Have you tried places that are not automotive specific? Maybe http://www.customhose.net/ has what you need, according to their website they have three locations in the Twin Cities, one being in Shoreview and stock 1,000,000 parts. Here are some other non-automotive places that are local. http://maps.google.com/maps?oe=utf-8&r...esults&cd=1 Good Luck, I'm in the North/Northwestern burbs and could swing by a place in my area if needed.
  7. Purchased front wheel bearings and seals from this thread http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.p...8&hl=timken Received them within 1-2 days. They are great quality and comparable in price to the chain auto parts stores in the area that presumably sell lower quality parts. Thanks Tim.
  8. Thanks for the tip, I forgot that I posted this I wound up buying a universal fit cover from Menards or Fleet Farm.
  9. I'm in need also, let me know if you find a nice one at a good price, I will let you know if I do.
  10. Does anyone have one for sale or know where I can get a nice cover at a good price?
  11. Have you tried ordering some from the Mits dealer? I ordered some about 6 months ago, sorry, I don't remember the part numbers.

  13. Hi Jimmy, Are the clear tails mint or near mint? If so I will take them. Ryan
  14. 101Propose is making them, FG or CF. http://www.starquestclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=55054
  15. I Bought a 1g mas from Rob, it was in great condition, shipped quickly and packaged very well. Rob followed up on it to make sure I received it and even emailed pics to help me with the install.
  16. I didn't jump on these offers quickly enough so I missed out. I am still looking. I would prefer that it is unmodded and includes the lid and pigtail. If it comes with the K&N cone filter that would be a nice bonus! Let me know fellas, I won't drag my feet this time.
  17. I am looking for one in good condition. Contact me with price and pics.
  18. 1 New Zealand dollar = 0.6472 U.S. dollars according to google so it would 'only' be about $427.
  19. The fender is black but has some white overspray on it. It is almost perfect condition with the exception of a small dent on the topside near the front. The paint fell off of that area and there is surface rust, the size of dime or so. One of the bolt holes has a crack in it. There are also some light scratches that should buff out without a problem. I have pics and would be happy to email them. I am asking $75. I would prefer local pickup but would consider shipping.
  20. Yea, I know. I just thought I would throw it out there since I have never seen an aftermarket kit for our cars. Don't forget to tag on another $5000 in shipping costs. I think that company is in New Zealand.
