Id check the condition of the of that o-ring/spacer. If it looks iffy I would leave it off. A good t-bolt clamp(and a good fitting hose) should eliminate the need for that spacer. The last thing in the world you want is to have the turbo eat all or any of that o-ring.

Ive got a brand new oil feed line including that bracket if your not able to find what you need.

Nothing other than the k d m and the Griffen is a "drop in" unit. The ones you see on ebay would require the fan mounts to be transferred and the temp sensor bungs would also need to be fabricated. Ive got an extra brand new oem low temp switch if youd like to try in the secondary location so both fans come on at the same time. Reconditioning your radiator, finding a good used one, or modifying an aluminum one(there are a few write ups on it here) is your other options.

The hoses are nla from Mitsubishi. Find a used one or a reasonable substitute.

Best 86 is the L05 Olive Gray Starion. If its that paint code and its not a rusted hulk the rest of the issues are inconsequential.

Delrin seems like a very poor choice of material. If I had to guess, its machineable and it was a shortcut to get around making a urathane mold.

For as cheap as they are, pick the car thats least likely to be driven in a sporting fashion and give them a try. The monroes I had for the conquest were horribly soft but the two cars you need them for arent turbo sports cars. On the other side if that coin I feel a stiffer suspension is a safer suspension. Tires are a big part of it but the gf's 08 Sentra base can get squitly in a hurry. It sure made driving the Needles Hwy interesting lol.

Usually, you get what you pay for. KYB GR-2s should be able to be had for $50 a corner.
