amazing.. I first read the article on the super starion the car that does everything. and after reading the whole post I must say that is some serious skills. Goes to show that if you put your mind to it its all possible.

Had some "fun" with my starion since i was testing out my new cooling system changed it about 2 weeks ago and car was below the half mark on the gauge and i was dandy on the way home temp started to rise... Worried i went straight home and car started puking coolant everywhere didnt blow a hg thank God my lil coolant hose on the waterpump swolled up and popped. Fixed it and the fun starts all over again

Alrighty man thats good as far as our stock oil coolers yep theyre small and as for me im replacing simply due to age and the fact that its most likely got old gunk built up in there. The montero oil coolers pretty as oem as it gets

HOLY S*** I just read this thread and just blew my mind, I love the modesty need more of you in this world. I too would like to keep my starion for a very long time and this is inspiration at its finest.

Well i was just concerned for the starionbecause it hasnt been driven in 9 months and then out of nowhere im taking it for a 600 mile trip straight haha.

Yup gonna try to do the tps reset again and i got that valvoline 85w90 for the trans and im going to tackle that tomorrow. So far stewart is nice and savannah is a nice getaway

Its the same oil for both versions or so the napa salesperson said when i called a few days ago. Also did some research and napa carries 2 versions of the oil coolers regular (roughly same size as our stock) and a heavy duty version about an inch thinker

After 8.5 hrs of driving from va to georgia finally made it. Things i experienced... Car goes a lil to the left.. Heat emanates pretty bad from the shifter boot and the emergency seatbelt release No ac sucks but oh wells (if someones selling a full ac kit let me have it please!) Armadillos are all comitting suicide saw like 8 dead side by side on i95. People were taking pics of the starion and middle aged man were nodding their heads at me lols
