  2. pm'd him about the relay box, o-rings, and serpentine belt yesterday. haven't heard back.
  3. I have an 89 that I'm bringing back to stock. I had the fuel injectors tested and they're shot. Looking for stock or FIC injectors. Allen 904-451-2625
  4. I want your impulse! My buddy had an 86 impulse in the mid 90's, same time I had my first quest. I'd love to find a nice 89 impulse!
  5. Kumquat may look awesome, but it sounds disgusting!! And actually, now that you mention it, my 87 might have had orange-ish decals. Hell, I don't know.....it was 20 years ago. Thanks for the info guys!!
  6. On a red 89 what color should the factory body decals be? I had a red 87 in the mid 90's, and I'm almost positive the decals were silver, but I think every other red car I've seen has black decals. Thanks!
  7. Just in case you haven't done it before, Greyhound is the best way to ship large and/or heavy stuff like seats, wheels, diff, etc..... I've shipped & received seats this way, shipped a fender to boston, received a hatchback from VA and a 90lb box full of quest parts from PA. Very reasonable! Also, can you please text pics of the floor mats to 904-451-2625? Thanks! Allen
  8. Pics of floor mats please? You can text to 904-451-2625.
  9. I love the tan interior in the black cars, looks great! GLWS!!
  10. Never heard of someone converting from a 5 speed to an automatic!! Good luck with the sale!
  11. I know local pickup might be a pain, but I thought the price was great. Anyone want this? going once....... going twice........
  12. steep? The axles alone are worth at least $100!! He said it's not worth him paying someone to take it out for $150. If that were the case I would have bought it for $150 and kept it as a spare.
  13. OK, please email me or text me. I can't ever post pictures to this site.
  14. This is not mine, however I have seen this car in person. This car was brought to a metal recycling yard in Charlotte, NC, and is about to be crushed. I bought the rims, sunroof & tranny off of it. I don't really need them, just trying to save them. I was talking to the guy trying to convince him to save some of the other parts. The car hasn't run in at least 14 years, so I doubt anyone would want the motor, but if you do, let me know your offer and I'll see if he thinks it's worth it to pull the motor out for you. I told him that I would post the rear end on the site for him, if it sells, then he'll go ahead and pay one of his guys to pull it out, otherwise, it's getting crushed along with the rest of this poor thing. I am not getting a dime from this, I just don't want to see our limited supply of parts get even smaller. Yes, it's a damn shame what happened to this car, an 89 Fiji SHP at that, with NO RUST, and only 82,000 original miles. The car was straight as an arrow, and now every panel is dented by the way they carry it around their lot with the forklift, they just speared the windows with the forks and carry it by the roof. I have pics of that too . The entire rear end assembly is what's for sale: diff, torque tube, axles, hubs, and the sub frame that holds it all together. There is obviously no warranty on this, and no returning it, that's why it's so cheap. It would have to be for local pickup, there's not a chance that he'll deal with shipping it. I have pics I can text or email you, but be prepared to cry when you see them. Allen 904-451-2625 or allen.hammond@gmail.com
