  7. You're in Middletown OH? Between Cincy and Dayton? I drive by there every day. Do you have the big heat shield for the engine compartment? The big curvy one that protects the power steering hose and the other stuff on the pass side? (not the one that bolts to the turbo itself) How about a brake proportioning valve (on the engine firewall down and to the left of the master cylinder) ? I can drive by and pick up. I have cash and can bring beer...:-) Chris E.
  8. I'll take the heat shield. I don't know if you remember me, I bought a fan & some stuff from you a couple of years ago. I'm local to Orlando and can come by to pick up the shield Friday afternoon or Saturday. Just PM me your address again and when a good time to come by would be. Thanks, Chris E.
  9. Received the OE style filter a day early! Thanks for the quick shipment! Chris E.
  10. I'll take the OE K&N. PM me your pp info. Chris E.
  11. No affiliation. Craigslist ad in Winter Haven FL. http://lakeland.crai...4913431889.html Can't see the intake, but it does look like it has a pretty big turbo. Regardless, seems a bit expensive. But what do I know? Chris E.
  12. Terry Fair from Vorshlag Motorsports commented on the quality and effort it must have taken to develop those when he saw your car at Optima Alley (Vegas??). He even linked to your speed.academy article on "another" forum. Good luck with those, they look great! Chris E.
  13. Bringing this thread up from the dead. Does anyone have any estimates of how many are still on the road? Running? In restoration? (alot have been parted out and/or crushed) Chris E.
  14. Will that work on an '87 intercooled? Chris E.

  21. Got the bracket last night. Thanks everyone!!!! Thanks starquestclub!! Moderator, you can delete the thread. Chris E.
  22. You're running rich. Too much fuel in the air-to-fuel ratio. Chris E.
  23. If you're looking to monitor rich/lean conditions via EGT's then typically that is done in each runner. But, EGT's are typically not the best way to determine rich/lean conditions. Just FYI, In general: lean -> temps go up: rich->temps go down for gasoline engines. Most people though, monitor EGT's for insight to turbo temps, then definitely pre-turbo is the proper placement. However due to packaging constraints and the difficulty of drilling, tapping or welding bungs onto cast iron, its not always feasible. So alot of people do mount the sensors post turbo. Just be prepared to understand that those temps will be significantly lower than the actual temp the turbo is seeing. Chris E.
  24. I'm putting together an '87 Starion I got in pieces and found I don't have an alt. bracket. Preferably need an A/C version bracket but will settle for a non-A/C bracket. I just don't want to have to build one myself. Or does anybody know if one off of a D50 will work? Thanks, Chris E.
