well i was helping my friend move this weekend and it's going to end up being a 2 day thing i wont be able to do anything this weekend

i never did get it running right i do have the weekends off if you would want to meet somewhere and we could drive up to my house to take a look at it. id like to get it to be driveable if possible or atleast run better.

I remember seeing this car going through the drive through at Taco bell a while ago it looked good as i drove by, Glws

nice, i didnt see the sun part just the stripes, ive also seen a white starion flatty a couple times this week in the springfield/thurston area.

I saw a white with red stripes Flatty Starion while i was at work i couldnt get a photo but it had a 83 hood and taillights and was a 5 speed, i was just wondering whos it was.

from what ive been told the the car was owned by a guy named layne who sold it for around 6.3k-8k somewhere in there and that its owned now by a UPS guy.

Its american what do you expect lol, but if your going to get a cobra get one with the 4.6 DOHC they are way better and they have the Teskid block from 96-early 01 which can hold around 1100 hp if you upgrade the internals.

Oi, i own a 4th gen 1996 Gt with 145k miles and doesnt have any kind of problem or rust and its a oregon car, the leather seats are very comfortable you do slide a bit when you take a turn to fast, i have no Traction control though so i dont know anything about it but you can just turn it off, I have the 4.6 not the 5.0 but i do get about 28 mpg on the hwy and average about 23-25 depending on how i drive. but the only mustangs that were ment to handle well are the 99-04 cobras (have irs) and roush's. But back on subject the 5.0 stangs have a HUGE aftermarket support so you could find anything you want for it cheap and labor is cheap. But the IAC motor is the Idle Air Control which could just need cleaning all it does it makes you idle surge very little mine has started to do it just within the last 2k miles. But my car has been extremely dependable has never let me down and ive put about 20k miles on it in 9 months so ive driven it alot.

Any pics would be great, my only problem is that i would have to fly there and drive back so id have to try to get a few extra days off to drive it back to oregon. Other then that im interested i just have to get all my ducks in order first.

Im looking for a 87-89 starquest with lower miles(under 100k if possible, leather(no burgandy plz),5 speed, stock or modded, must be in good running and driving order(for Daily driving), the body color doesnt matter to me since i like them all, right now i have about $5000 to spend on one i live in Oregon but i am willing to travel a bit to pick up. So if your wanting to sell your car plz msg me im very serious about buying one.
