Jerky shouldn't be made with any heat at all. Thats cooking not dehydrating. Make jerky by placing strips on cotton filters and attaching it to a box fan. Can't help you with dehydrators. I always wanted one but only to play with and see what would dehydrate and what wouldn't.

Accidents CANNOT be avoided. That's why the guys with the big brains who investigate and reconstruct them call it what it is, a collision. I have never had a BAD experience with an insurance company. Hit a deer with Allstate when I was 17 and the car was fixed in a week with no worries. Hit a dude from behind when I was 19 and Progressive paid to have his stuff fixed and I never saw an increase. Only ever got two speeding tickets but neither of those had an impact on rates. I once crushed the rocker panel on the SQ, about 8 years ago, when the jack failed and State Farm paid for it even though it was not insured at the time (homeowners covered it). I whacked a deer in the Aztek last January and Geico had it in and out of the shop with over $3k in damage repaired and no impact on rates. I've never had them deny a claim and I have never seen my rates go up for anything.

Reading the comments I find it appropriate to mention that Harrison wrote the song, Eric Clapton is who you hear playing on the Beatles album. It is one of my very favorite songs, along with Adagio for Strings by Samuel Barber, Italian Restaurant by Billy Joel and a mix of songs that come and go. I can always go back to those three though LOL.

Shelby, Once this one is paid off I am going to buy another one and make it a trails bike. This one comes in between 300-400lbs, A stripped down trails runner is under half that. Bikes are easier to work on, easier to store and actually parts are very cheap for this. The SAME model was produced from 1955-2007. Mine started out as a 2007 but is actually 90% 1955. I've bought vintage parts and swapped them on, couldn't believe that 1955 parts were direct bolt on. I picked up a 1957 frame off Ebay a few months back. That is going to be the trails bike, or a bobber, haven't decided yet.

I feel sorry for you. To put that amount of work into it and to have the owner completely disrespect the car is an insult. Just my opinion.....

Anyone can flag a post on Craigslist, the "users" are the "moderators". If enough people flag a post it gets pulled. Not just one person can get a post removed but "friends" do it all the time. Or just people trying to be pricks, when I had the Jeep on there it got flagged and pulled on a daily basis. After the thrird time I contacted the staff and they raised the threshold on my post so it wouldn't be removed as quickly.

When I found it online I asked Heather. She saw it and said, "you have to buy that bike it's so you, it's so damned weird and ugly it is beautiful". She's always been good with backhanded comments like that LOL. That is why we fit so well together.......

I can be artful, these are down and dirty. I took it out to do a plug chop to see if I need to re-jet for winter. While taking pics of my plugchop to post on another forum for those who can't "read" plugs I snapped a few of the bike. I love my bike..... In fact I just replaces the pannier hasps on it tonight(replacing the high speed bungee cord you can see holding the left pannier closed). Rewelded a seam i the pannier and then promptly sprayed it over with a close but not perfect color. Just like a military mechanic would do. My bike gets ridden, not washed...... What mike means is there are people like me that are devoid of all emotion except sarcasm. Cars are metal to be used as transport and entertainment. I didn't keep my first computer because of all the memories I had of it. Or my first kegerator because of all the memories associated with it, or my first mattress..... You see where this is going. Then again I think it is retarded to name inanimate objects as well so I know I'm gonna be in the minority on this one.
