  13. I got a 1987 Mitsubishi Starion for sale. Car currently is my daily driver and has roughly 112k on it. The body is mint, Fresh paint stock color palermo. Interior is also in very good condition. I drive the car 40 miles daily 20 to work and 20 back. I have replaced a lot of stuff on this car and just recently I finally gave up working with it because I have two kids and there is just no room for two car seats when I want to go places with them. Well to start off the list. Rebuilt motor approx under 10k ago. New rod bearings, gaskets, seals, Head gasket, chains. Compression test 141 psi across the board (142 is perfect spec) 18G turbo, 18g compressor wheel, ported 12A housing, built by ragdoll unlimited. Rebuilt throttle body, new coolant hoses, new thermostat. 3 inch DP and full exhaust with Apexi Tip. No cats. 1g MAF, Hard pipe kit, SSQV Bov, silicone couplers, stock front mount. NXE Manual boost controller. (boost is safely at 14 PSI) Mk1 Short Shifter with carbon fiber shift knob. Mk1 Struts all around BRAND NEW, Newer cosmo coilovers all around. Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump, New 3/8 fuel line ran straight from the pump to fuel filter with -6 An Fitting. 2.5 Inch Aluminum Radiator Oem Fitment, 16 Inch 1500cfm slim fan. All four tires less then 5k on them. Fronts are General 225/50/16s and rears are Nexen 245/45/16s. Car has true LSD rear. I have replaced the Tps, Both fuel injectors with brand new 550/1000cc replacements, The ISC sensor, O2 Sensor with lc1 wideband with a/f gauge. Car has brand new 6k HIDS with halogen hi beams. Headlight housings brand new. New plugs NGK 2 steps colder for higher boost. New NGK oem wires, Cap, Rotor, pretty much rebuilt distributor New inside with pigtail and vacuum advance. Aftermarket boost gauge changes 7 colors. Car has heat, A/c Was removed. Interior is all there all in very good shape. Everything works, All wipers, power mirrors, power locks, power windows. All lights work inside and out. All Gauges work and are accurate. Car starts everytime, never a problem idles good also start up warmup works correctly. The car body has no rust, it was painted roughly 6 months ago. A lil scuff on the front bumper not bad AT ALL. No dents no broken pieces except the wiper cowl which you cant even tell. Rims could use a shine up not perfect but not beat either. I have replaced a lot of little things that were broken and pieces that were missing when I got the car. I have a decent amount of money in new parts and aftermarket. Car has very good top end clutch grips good, Boost hits full 13-14psi ( depending on gear ) at 3k, redline at 6500. Car has newer reman calipers all around. Not sure how much brake is left at this moment. Headunit is an Alpine, mp3 player with ipod integration and bluetooth capability. speakers are all pioneer 2 ways. There is currently a kicker comp with a 400 wat jensen amp. But I will be keeping that. Now the bad about the car. Car needs slave cylinder clutch line replaced. Rear brake line replaced and new ebrake cables. Driver side seat belt just stays all the way back (I just throw it over my shoulder everytime I get in) Occasional high rpm 3rd gear grind. Tail lights get condensation. It could also use motor mounts their a lil worn out. Other then that everything is good to go. Car is completely drivable. The rear brake line is plugged currently at the Master cylinder so it does not leak.. I drive it every single day. Does not run hot at all even under high boost. Clutch line is a very slow leak I havent had time to fix it. I just add fluid time to time. I change the oil every 3k if not sooner (free oil at work) lol It does not burn any oil what so ever. Does not smoke at all even on cold startup. Last week I flushed the trans and diff fluid along with oil change. I try to keep up the car as much as possible it could use a p/s and maybe altenator belt in the near future but thats reg maintenance to me. These cars are rare and then even rarer running, and then the rarest running strong and properly in Great condition. The wideband o2 sensor reads about all through the 14s while cruising, about 11s on wide open throttle. I was going to upgade to a maft pro gen2 and a 3" Gm Maf and a newer year ignition box, which can eliminate the 15psi boost cut so I could boost more. The 18g turbo doesnt even gain its full advantage until 16-22 psi. Roughly as of right now I get about 20 mpg and thats not driving lightly back and forth to work. Staying out of boost makes the gas mileage go up. I have easily gotten 28-30 mpg on long trips to Pa. I have been very hesitant to let go of this car because of its condition but I guess everything has a price and being that I need something else thats bigger I guess Ill have to move on. Im looking for 3300. Make reasonable offers. The car is mint dont hesitate to ask for more pics. All of which the bad I listed are not expensive to replace.   14. I am looking for a 88-89 knock box so I can upgrade eliminate boost cut at 15psi. I also need a throttle body, butterfly must open and close smoothly. I prefer with all sensor its ok if it needs a rebuild, If it dont bonus for me!. Pm or Text me 732 735 4280 Rob Thanks.

  17. 12a is a stock turbo. U can get a bigger wheel and have the housing machined to fit the wheel. Ragdoll does it and you can search the forums a bit and you will find answers

  21. Autozone carries the s3950 stp filter, always in stock by me. its like 4 bucks. and a gallon of autozone 20w-50 like 12 bucks. Never lets me down every 3k I change it and it still looks clean when its drained. Autozone oil is Costal oil just in a orange bottle.
  22. I got myself a walbro off ebay 120 shipped comes with 2 barbs. I got 15 feet of 3/8 twist lock hose (35 bucks I think I only needed 9 or 10 of it though) I got 1 honda banjo fitting(15 bucks) so it connects to the stock fuel filter and 1 -6an twist lock fitting (5 bucks) to connect to the banjo fitting all off summitracing. I ran a whole new line under the car its usually easier cause about 75% of quests had a rusted out fitting that connects to the stock pump or the line is just about rusted out. Im running 15psi on my 18g no problem. I have seen comparisons with the bosch pump, but I personally dont care for them. Me n my friends always repped walbro pumps with 0 problems internal or external. Walbro can put out a max of 90 psi which with a stock fpr it will be regulated to 38 psi or so Whatever stock is... Dropping the tank is real easy. I used an impact gun at lower psi. Put the back of the car on jack stands. Support the tank with a jack n piece of wood. took out the 2 nuts holding the filler neck in place. undo the the tank bolts lower it a little undo the fuel lines up top and then lower it and its out. I just looked at the ebay link thats the same exact place I got mine from.
