psu_Crash
When I bought my car many years ago i was told that it had an HKS Fuel Cut defencer installed. I believe him because it had everything else that he said was done. My question is what does one look like and where might it be located and what should I look for it wired to? Since i am now running MS on MPI I sure don't need it and I figure someone here has a use for it. I have pulled several mystery boxes from the dash wiring, most of which I believe were for the security system and nothing so far that says HKS on it. BOHO
I still have one of these....It looks like this...You would know it when you saw it....and It would most likely be right around the stock computer location. http://www.hksusa.com/categories/?id=1925
dmyers151
I think its usually located in close proximity to the ECU, as I'm pretty sure it just 'T's in like a turbo timer harness.
psu_Crash
HA HA! It says FCD on it. I should have googled it. I figured it should be close to the ECU, but you wouldn't believe the hack wiring job someone did while installing the turbo timer and EVC. I will have to hunt around there a little and look for something T'd in. Thanks guys Edited March 4, 2009 by psu_Crash
