I finally got my hot side back from ronnie and all if perfect condition. A+ on the packaging. Now tomorrow I will put everything on the car and see what else needs to be modded to work. Intercooler pipes I know needs to be moved. The 4" intake make need to be cut shorter. I mocked it all up on the dinning room table and its a tight fit but it fits. More progress and pic tomorrow night

You actually have more room and better air flow that I did on my last car. I had a manifold, 2 gates, 3" downpipe, dump tubes, and a turbo just as close but everything was back against the firewall. I daily drove it like for 4 years with AC. If you are worries about heat look into coating. Another option is the gold reflective heat tape. Do up the firewall in that and coat the hot parts.

Thanks ronnie for the info. I know first hand how tight 1.8t are in a mk2, mk3, mk4.

 

Im no longer goin to run a full exhuast. Im goin to make a short turn down off the down pipe. Should help with heat gettin it out fast and short.

 

Im goin to work on the intercooler pipe this weekend. And I will start adjusting my VE table for the larger injectors. Im goin from 650 fic to FiveO 1400cc injectors.
