Google took a lot of criticism at first for privacy issues, some of the early pictures revealed a fat girl getting into a car and you could see her crack LOL it was ridiculous, it caused a big out rage. Satellite can't take a horizontal like that... look up 2289 Vantage St, Dallas, TX and on the street few look down you'll see the camera mounted on the car.
