I have the same set, hub and rim bore centric in 25mm, cost $200... These things are very nice, and very light for how thick they are.. This is a good deal fellas.. Yep they are freds and they are hub and wheel centric, 6061 T6, I paid $200 for the spacers alone. like I said these are really nice compared to the crap on ebay from china.
