Been a while!

Hey guys and gals! it's been a while since I've been around the boards. A lot has happened in my life in my absence from here. My wife and I recently had our first child. On June 15th we had our daughter Mia. I've acquired another quest from Scotty up in Vegas (still have your wheels Scotty haha). I've joined the military (Air National Guard), but soon will be trying to make the transition to active duty. My wife is active duty Air Force, and she recently got orders to Korea. So as of the middle of next year, I'll be the only parent for a year. I'm currently in the process of getting my car back on the road after having water pump bearing failure and finding that my main bearings were also on their way out. I've missed driving her and get more excited every day just knowing that she'll be back together soon. For all of my east coast guys on here, the wife and I are trying our best to get stationed in South Carolina after she gets back from Korea. I'll finally be able to attend a PF meet in the future with my car again haha but it's good to be back and hopefully get to meet up with some of the new guys that I'm sure have came in since I've been gone.

If you get stationed in SC are you referring to Charleston? If so I live near the naval weapons station and the air force base is only a 15 minute drive. There are a few quests owners here so we can all help out with any parts you need.

Congrats on the baby and hope you and your family stays safe!

We're trying to get stationed at Shaw AFB in Sumter. Charleston is actually our second choice. We're suppose to find out this week where we're going next. And as for parts haha I've got enough of those. At least enough to put 3 or 4 complete engines together. But thank you for the offer. I've been around for a while and would like to consider myself at least somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to these cars. I definitely always enjoy meeting new car guys though. Especially starquest folks.
