had an great time... and it was very cool meeting everyone! motel and go kart choice is spot on... the room was nice... service was so nice... hot tub so so nice... lol. and was lucky enough to get the cue for the go karts sat nite...great fun! not so fun sun afternoon, we went back for another go at it and during our first race an old guy collapsed in his kart... and they hadn't revived him when the ambulance pulled away. how suddenly life can change. was sick after that but had a great time at the meet and look forward to going again next year. i posted pics on the hotel info page earlier figuring Lee would make this thread.. great job, love the pics... where'd they go?! here's some i got with smartphone...

LOL I was wondering cause I thought I remembered black rims at one point but wasn't sure...been following your build thread too.

Here's the deal.

It seemed to me that since I put up my pictures, that others who attended the meet thought that there was no need to put up their pictures. After a few days, no one had contributed to the thread.

Then I remember what some one said to me at the meet. They said "Good you'er here. That means I don't have to worry about taking any pics." Maybe others shared this same sentiment and neglected to take any photos of their own vacation.

Its been a few days since I took them down, and of the 17 Starion/ Conquest owners who brought their cars (19 if you count the two guys who were there for a short time) and the 7 or 8 owners there without their SQ, only two have taken the time to post pics.

At this point I feel kind of dissapointed, kind of annoyed, and kind of over it.

I had a great time seeing everyone and had alot of fun even though I was there for less than 24 hours. I dont want this meet to go down as the one with the fewest pictures.

So Im going to put my pics back up.

I'm going to keep doing what I like to do, taking pictures and sharing them with the community. I just hope that my little stunt will help prompt others to step up their game at future meets.

July 6th. around 1:45pm and 3:00pm (pages 138, 144,145, 163,166,175, and 176)

The other two websites (www.killboy.com and www.US129photos.com ) should have their photos up soon.

Just search around those times for easy navagation.

From the perspective of someone that couldn't attend (maybe one of these years) I appreciate any and all pics that you guys can post. I enjoy seeing so many great cars and people all together, even if its just on a thread full of pictures. Thanks Nomad, 19c, and sellerfeller for taking the time and initiative to post em up for us. Whose car is the silver with 83 JDM (YO) tails?
