The previous owners of this car has left me with peculiar setup. Do note that the Secondary Air Cleaner has been removed by one of the previous owners.

Question #1:

The corresponding vac line runs across the top of the engine bay and connects to the following components.

Meanwhile on the other side of the engine bay:

Where does this end connect to?

Question #2 & #3:

Since the Secondary Air Cleaner has been removed, what am I supposed to do with this corresponding vac line?

Am I supposed plug-up the 2 vac plugs sticking out of the Secondary Air Control Solenoid Valve?

Question #4:

I don't even know where to start with this one.

I don't know how these work in correspondence to each other, and the original setup in the FSM does not look like any of the lines are coupled together.

So are the vac lines supposed to be all coupled together in the mess shown below? (There are 3 couplers)

Question #5:

Where are these 2 lines disappearing off to under the air filter?

1) The middle port below the three in a row nipples on the drivers side of the throttle body. It's the HVAC and cruise control vacuum line.

2)&3) Block off the top one, leave the lower one.

4) Yes, there are two quad connectors also connected together. You'll need to study the FSM.

5) It's the charcoal canister.

I'm doing the exact same thing as you, except my secondary air cleaner is still there. Mine is just as much of a mess.

#5, the purge control valve is under the air can, just remove it to get to it.

here's what I've been using, pages 14 and especially 15.

print it out, take it one hose at a time. hope it helps, and good luck! :)

So am I supposed to leave the bottom one plugged in like I have in the picture? Or am i supposed to reroute that line elsewhere?

Thanks! I'm planning on replacing it all with silicone lines, I'm just making sure I have it set up correctly first.

Are you referring to this port?
