The bigger a sheet I can buy the cheaper it is per square inch. For example a piece big enough to make just one part is almost $100 and a full 4 x 8 sheet is between $500 and $600 and I can make 12-13 parts from that sheet. Which will keep total cost down. With the 5 pre orders I had plus some local interest I figured I could cover the rest of the sheet and maybe some of you guys will decide later when you have $ to hit me up for one of these. The new parts I send out will need to be slid under the hood latch assembly backby the radiator. I will have this one finshed and final fit on my car tomorrow and that will be the template I build the rest from. I should be shipping them out (hopefully) by the end of the week, pending final payments and such.
