Boost

it depends on what you mean by stock. If you mean a completely stock car with a boost controller. Then you really shouldnt mess with the boost. You need alot more than just a boost controller to run higher boost safely. Consult the newbie checklist in the faqs section. iirc it has a series of checklists that you should study before upping the boost.

In order to do it safely, you will probably need an upgraded MAS, as well as an upgraded fuel pump. You will probably need some larger injectors(depending on desired boost) and an adjustable FPR. And all of that is just to ensure your readings for the increased airflow stay accurate and you flow enough fuel to not run lean and blow your motor.

Once youre sure your fuel and air systems can take it. I believe the highest boost level that you can run with a 12a and still be efficient is around 12psi

Like i said, read through that newbie checklist and then read it again

the highest the 12a will go efficiently is 15lbs. and it can do it on stock fuel and air systems. but if anything is questionable, and you push a car that isn't running 100%.. you may blow your engine. Stock fuel pump and injectors are more than enough for anything the 12a can throw at it.

again, it is ill advised to go over 15psi on the stock 12a turbo.

A word of caution. The higher you boost a Stock Turbo above recommended boost levels from the factory (10 psi.) The shorter the lifespan will be on it.And Turbos aren't cheap.
