scott87star
You need a capacitor on your power wire to the unit, just go to radio shack and look for a "filter". Scott
Technology
That's not a turbo, it's an alternator. You have bad grounds. rewire the grounds so they're clean.
Eddie
yeah it was just a head unit. Hmmm bad grounds you say? Directly connected to the chassis I will double check but the filter sounds interesting. Haha i know it's not a turbo but it got you in here to be like wt.... is he talking about =p. MPGorBOOST
If by chance you installed an amp with your unit, if you run your rca's and/or speaker wires next to your length of power wire to your amp you can pick up the same interference. I've found that when you seperate the wire groupings, your engine noise will disappear :ylsuper:

Pr4mnceMan
I run a car stereo shop, those headunits do not use good internal components. We quit installing a lot of products like that that are brought in to us because of similar issues. Don't skimp on a head unit, its the foundation for everything you are running behind it. I know its interference from something but how can i make it stop =[ check ur volts and how your power is when you have things like, head lights, brake, blinker wipers. etc... and look at ur volt meter while u do that. if its diping and ur car is struggleing may need a better higher amp Alt before that one blows from being old or whatever. look into a upgrade.
