RF600
Like me i'm sure many of you have a broken or starting to deteriorate defroster grill. Here is my fix for it. The only way to get them off is to have the dash off. I was doing the heater core so I took them off and used them for a template. I used 16g flat stock and a 4" grinder with a cut off wheel and a flapper disc. It was a little time consuming but I think it turned out well. I have not attached them yet. I was thinking of using some silicone to keep them in place. I covered them with the carbon fiber decal.http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o88/rf600/photobucket-4641-1351893710219.jpghttp://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o88/rf600/photobucket-3335-1351893693759.jpghttp://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o88/rf600/photobucket-1569-1351824586315.jpg

psu_Crash
Not bad. I'm curious to see if that decal will stay put once hot air hits it for a while.
natallica
Looks good man...and a relatively easy fix. Thumbs Up!Unless you "wrapped" and edge sealed your vinyl... it may lift, unless it's High Tack adhesive then you'd be O.K (for a few years anyway) -N8

RF600
I wonder how long it will stay put. I might take them over to taps plastic and have them cut out of some abs or something.
