StallionProject86
How is the game? This makes me want to buy a PS3... I honestly can say its a great game from the visuals to the actual racing it truly is "the real driving simulator" I was never really a fan of circuit bound racing before but all the tournaments it offers and the selection of cars is incredible. .sporting rides from the 40's all the way up to prototypes. I'm not saying go out and buy a PlayStation. .although it wouldn't hurt, it's an all in one machine straight out of the box. Whatever you choose this is a must have game for PS3 owners definitely. strang3majik
Forza 3 with the Xbox force feedback steering wheel is by far the most realilistic racing game I've played. Never played GT5, but, if its anything like the prologue, I hated that.

These are pretty clean but anyway I don't want this thread to turn into a debate between PlayStation and Xbox been through and through them and its gotten annoying in a sense no disrespect intended but this is a GT5 thread and would appreciate it if it were to stay that way thanks. I have yet to play forza but I'm sure they are both pretty equal in comparison. .but like I've stated in my response to Earl this is a Gran Turismo thread and would like to keep it on point. Thanks. speedyquest
Im quite impressed by the quality of the screenshots.. wow! If I ever do pick up a ps3 I will definitely be picking up this game. Ive always been a huge fan of racing sim's so odviously the GT series and Forza are up there. Currently I only have a 360 so I play Forza 3 online with the steering wheel and love it. (If anyone else does and wants to race let me know ;D ).
hachi_destroyer
to be honest, i was disappointed in GT5. i was a huge fan of the series but i feel like they just left a lot of good stuff out. if need be i can be more specific but im tired right now. i started playing forza3 at school because noone has playstations and i absolutely love it! GT5 frustrated me to no end sometimes and forza was just way too much fun. I will say that GT5 is a better drivers game WITH A WHEEL and has better graphics for the most part but using just the analog controller (budget rstrictions) forza was exponentially more fun for me. just me and my 2.6 cents

StallionProject86
That thing is awesome, once I come across another one I'm buying it. Finally saved up enough again.
intense98rt
You don't have to buy it. I didn't. Create a new ps account, make your birthdate todays date in 1984. Then sign in. When you open up the career it will say happy birthday and let your choose a car for free from your birth year. Once you have it you can gift it to a friend, which will be your normal account. Just to let you know. You can't mod it or do any body modifications.
StallionProject86
Yea I almost did that but instead I used 86' to see what I would get for my cars year got me a Porche. Maybe when I make another account I'll use 84' but I already have three lol. And yea it's a "standard" car, have you tried to paint it?
