Who here has driven / lived with fender exit exhaust setups?

I'm really kicking around the idea of building a front fender exit exhaust using a bullet muffler and having it exit behind the passenger wheel at the bottom of my fender. My big concern is how loud it may be and drone for the passenger. I want my car to be something I can drive on a daily basis, make road trips in, etc and not feel exhausted afterwards or to be pulled over on a regular basis. Is this a pipe dream? Is it possible to pull this off and keep some semblance of street-ability? Le
94 Nissan altima auto shift probs not sq related

Hey guys looking for ideas that might fix my prob on my sons / mine 94 Nissan altima 2.4 four cylinder. When you are going down the highway it shifts into overdrive until you let off the gas pedal to cruise at your desired speed. Then it drops back into 3 rd gear. If you press the gas a little it'll go back into overdrive. It's like doing the opposite of what's auto trans should do. Idk just wondering if anyone's ever had this issue is a car before.
