if my car was a digital one how hard would it be to put a non digital one in the car?

I need info on someone I can take my conquest to, to get an engine installed , my current mechanic is backed up in his business and can't install my motor for a couple of months , and I don't want a mechanic who is not familiar with my conquest to install the motor Any info on a possible mechanic would be greatly appreciated
