Lately, I have been moving/deleting a few of the topics in this forum.  The moderators on this site would like to maintain this forum as a technical 'how-to' on starquest restoration.  Please refrain from posting information about engine repairs/upgrades and/or other topics that are properly covered in any of our other specific forums.     The 'restoration forum' is specifically for relative information regarding the restoration of a starquest back to its original or restomod condition.  

In case folks didnt know, Summit no longer carried the smallProvolt battery. I have been trying locate another source, or at least a battery of a similar size, but have had no luck. I do not wanna move the battery to the back, so if anyone has a go0d source for these or another, I would appreciate the info. thanks.   terry

I have purchased both the blinker mod and the auto-down window mod from Mike.  They were delivered as promised and reflect quality workmanship.  He actually dropped the window switch by my house on the way to Florida. Jimmy

I contacted one of the guys on ebay to see if they would start cutting some exhaust manifold flanges for our 2.6l Here's what they emailed me back with: "Hello,  Thank you for the information.  We don't have the g54b flange at this time.  If you want to you can send us the gasket flange and we will make a pattern from your gasket an cut you a flange.    Right now we are just clearancing our flanges on eBay and getting ready to make up the most popular ones.  Our prices on eBay will be
