With only 2 screws into the plastic housing/cover to take all the button pushing, they break after 25+ years.   An idea of my mech. worked out pretty well but wasn't easy.       1. Removed busted plastic where stripped/cracked screw housing busted. 2. Using a straw to fill, I put in some JB Weld 3. After a day to harden, used the Dremmel to take it down to the right depth 4.
