If anyone has installed the red poly diff mounts on there car is the mounts really that harsh on the drive line?

Ok so today i got my ac converted and refilled. I have been going back and forth with these connections and could not figure out which ones are suppose to be left loose.Over on the intake manifold i have to cts plugs, and 2 single wire plugs for the temp dash sender. i have 2 temp sensors on my filler neck. one up top and one down bottom. I am trying to get an engine from avondale Pa to chicago, il. What is the best service to use? What would the cost be of the engine minus the manifolds? Any pro-tips to help me out?
