Anyone seeing LS1 w/ t56's in junk yards? Do they exist out of camaro/firebirds? Or do they get set aside and pulled before they even make it into the yard?   Just wondering if they are available reasonably or if they straight to ebay?   Thanks,   L

I was lucky enough to have the OEM carpet mats (fronts) come with the car when i bought it. However, they were full of gum, grime, dirt and super faded, along with being torn on the sides. This past weekend i decided to try to bring them back to life. Vacuumed, shampoo'd, vacuumed, shampoo'd..., hand stitch the sides back up and then 3 coats of vinyl/carpet paint by Rustoleum (Burgandy). They turned out pretty good.
