whats needed to run it. by what i hear all i need is injectors

looking for and after market manifold to hold a nice holset turbo. what are some opinions and where can i find them.

so i have this dodge d50 diesel with the 4d55 in it. its the BEST little truck, but the transmission is in dire need of replacement. im pretty sure the chassis has close to 400k on it at this point. recently rebuilt engine but ive pulled out 2 synchro rings so far and it sounds like a handful of bolts in a blender. if you have one or can give me a lead on one that would be the best thing.. ever. thanks in advance!!
