Kinda want to replace the 80s cell phone Antenna on my starion. Anyone have any good alternatives? Looking for something not nearly as conspicuous while also powerful. Wondering what others here have on their rides

1) For the life of me, I cannot find the 3rd chassis plug that goes into the back of the gold climate control box!?? The upper 2 next to each other clearly go together. I removed yesterday and seem to remember only taking off 2 plugs in the the back. What's the lower back plug for if used or NOT used???   2) Swapping in an 88/89 for 87. The extra black ground wire is present in my original 87 unit but not on the newer replacement unit. I don't have schematics to compare and will use the g
