Suggestions on covering this big hole in my hood.

These are the lights off my car, as I'm switching to some Conquest ones I've modified to be legal over this side of the world. They're in really good nick. I took them apart around 4 months ago and cleaned them out. Repainted the insides with high metallic silver for excellent reflection, and the outside in original satin black. Lenses were given a quick polish at the same time. They're not perfect, but no big scratches, and no cracks. Re-sealed with urethane adhesive/sealant. Haven't had an
