I have been unemployed for a long time and I finally landed a job this morning as a trailer mechanic for $18.00 an hour. I'm pretty psyc'd right now. Now I will be able to get backed to playing with quests again(down the road a spell anyway). I was just tickled and wanted to share. Got my A/C charged and running nice and cool, now the compressor will not come on. I can jump 12v to it and it will work great. I've read and followed this info ( of course I could have missed something along the way ). http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=20483     I have 12v at the harness side ( oppsite of the compressor ) , as soon as I plug it in 12v is gone. Not sure what else to do and I'm soaked ( sweating ).   Man I want my A/C back.. Any help would be appreiciated...

Hit the first bump in the road on getting the newly delivered Starion on the road. The seller did not include the crossmember for the transmission (lost or whatever, who knows). Anyway, I am in need of a crossmember, bolts, and, likely, transmission mount (confirming that with owner of the transmission). So I start it a couple mornings ago and it ran real ruff for a minute. then the RPM goes up, then to normal/smooth. a little longer every morning till it just ran like crap all the way home. bucked like no accelerator pump when stepping on it, then fine with heavy petal. bucked holding RPM. i pulled off each plug wire till i didn't have much change on #2 when i pulled it. pulled the plug and the insulater is cracked. i'm so glad it didn't fall into the cylinder and take out a valve or the turbo
