no start after new motor

2500 miles on built motor that has been sitting in my garage for a few months waiting to go in, bought from a member nearby. Ported manifolds, LSP TB, all new gaskets, Trilogy injectors, fuel pressure gauge, wideband, and MSD blaster2 coil thats a couple years old. Right now it will crank but won't run. A couple times it started chugging like it wanted to start but just for a second. I've got 39 psi of fuel, voltage at the coil, and everything hooked up the way it should be. Two things come to

just wondering, what others have done with the odometer color when changing the face plates to mookeh's el glow? and all the other interior stickers in orange? any pics would be very helpful. thanks tae

Lazy/Slow Tachometer...how to motivate it?

I've had tachometers in the past that have been a bit 'slow' to react, and kinda hang.....don't really keep the pace with the engine's actual speed. I know it's not normal because I have also had tachometers that are right on pace with engine rpm fluctuation. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the tachometer to make it accurate quick again? I've already tried cleaning/inspecting the tachometer signal wire at the coil. It's definitely very clean...I even sanded the eyelet down and clea
