Ok My car is an 89 with my engine out of my 87 and I don't know what it came out of previously other than DAD's shop.   The problem: It will shut down for just a split second after your into the boost for a couple seconds. usually 12-14 lbs, As if you turned the ignition off and then will pick back up a split second later. tray is solid ,just rusty and scaly and I would like to treat it with something that will clean it up and prevent future rust . any ideas?thanx
