What is the correct voltage range for the boost sensor feeding a signal to the ecu at idle?

has any body ever used one of these head gaskets before.. any pros and con

It's an 88 Starion, I have had it for 5 years and it's done it from day 1. If the car is under load or just gunning it, around 3k rpm right before the boost kicks in the engine skips. It does not bog down its like the engine shut off for a sec then comes back on with 2x the power. I want to get this fixed before it hurts the engine. I have already replace the fuel injectors, clips, and wires. Any ideas?
