Complications from a number of medical issues have kept me from working on my project for almost 2 years now, and I don't see things improving to the point where I will be able to move forward.   I started accumulating parts for this project a very long time ago. I was heading to work this morning and got about 5 miles from the house when suddenly there was a SCREAM from the rear of the car. It almost sounded like a race car was coming up beside me! I pulled over and was going to check it out. After I coasted to a stop I realized the parking brake wasn't all the way down but only by two clicks. Thinking maybe it was just brake rub I headed out again to find that as soon as I got above about 35mph it started to do the same thing and get louder and louder
